Terms of Use
Using KizunaLogic HRM
In short
- You use KizunaLogic HRM because your employer gave you access. Your employer manages your account.
- Keep your sign-in to yourself, record only what is true, and never fake a location, photo or check-in.
- Your personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
1. Who these terms are for
These terms apply to everyone who signs in to KizunaLogic HRM — employees using the employee app and the HR and administrative users of a company (“your employer”) that has subscribed to it. The service is provided by the provider of KizunaLogic HRM (“we”). Your employer has its own agreement with us; where that agreement and these terms differ on the same point, that agreement prevails between your employer and us. By signing in, you agree to these terms.
2. Your account
- Your account is created, changed, suspended and removed by your employer. Your employer decides which features you can use.
- Keep your password and business code private, and do not let anyone else sign in as you. Tell your employer’s HR straight away if you think someone else has used your account.
- Change a temporary password when the app asks you to.
3. Using the service properly
When you use the service you agree to:
- record accurate information — attendance, leave, timesheets, expense claims, documents and field-visit reports;
- not falsify your location, a check-in or check-out, a photo, a document or a face verification, and not use tools that do (for example location-spoofing apps);
- upload only files you are entitled to share, and nothing unlawful, harmful or containing malware;
- not try to access data, accounts or companies you have not been given access to, or to test, probe or overload the service;
- not copy, resell or reverse-engineer the service.
Misuse may lead your employer to take action under its own policies, and may lead us or your employer to suspend access.
4. Location, photos and face verification
Some features read your device’s location once when you tap to check in or check out, take a photo on arrival at a site, or verify your face — only if your employer uses them. How and why is explained in your employer’s notice (Profile → Privacy in the app) and in our Privacy Policy. You can ask HR to record your attendance instead whenever location is not available.
5. Your data and your employer’s data
The records in the service belong to your employer and to you, not to us. We process them only to provide the service, as our Privacy Policy explains. Your rights under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 are not limited by these terms.
6. The service
- We work to keep the service available, secure and accurate, but it may sometimes be unavailable for maintenance, updates or reasons outside our control.
- Calculations such as attendance totals, leave balances and payroll depend on the settings and data your employer enters; your employer remains responsible for decisions made with them.
- We may improve or change features over time. The Android app may ask you to update to keep working correctly.
7. Our rights in the software
The KizunaLogic HRM software, design and brand belong to us or our licensors. Using the service gives you the right to use it for your work with your employer — nothing more.
8. Responsibility
To the extent the law allows, the service is provided “as is” to individual users, and our responsibility towards your employer is set by our agreement with them. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.
9. Ending access
Your access ends when your employer removes it, when your employer’s subscription ends, or if it is suspended for misuse. Records your employer must keep by law are retained as our Privacy Policy describes.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. If a change is significant, we will make it visible in the service.
11. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
