Delete your KizunaLogic HRM account

For employees who use KizunaLogic HRM — the app or this website — through their employer.

How to ask

1. Sign in with your company code, username and password (in the app or here).
2. Open Profile and go to Delete my account.
3. Enter your password, add a reason if you like, and tap Send to HR.

Your company’s HR team removes your login and you are signed out everywhere. If they cannot, they tell you why in the app. You can withdraw the request until HR acts on it.

Cannot sign in? Ask your company’s HR team to remove your login.

What is deleted

• Your sign-in (username and password) and any link to a KizunaLogic account;
• your access to the app and this website, and every session that is signed in;
• the phones registered for your notifications, and your in-app notifications.

What is kept, and for how long

Your employment, attendance, leave and payroll records belong to your employer, who must keep them for the periods employment, tax and payroll laws require (usually several years). They stay with your employer after your login is removed and are deleted when those periods end, as the Privacy Policy explains. To ask about those records, contact your employer’s HR team.
